Felix’s Barbecue Chicken

Summer time has come and gone. However, the outdoor cooking does not keep us from enjoying the smell of home cook Barbecue chicken. Indeed, it is a little chilly at night, as we know it, the autumn season is the time for comfort food. It is interesting how much comfort food and barbecue has in common.

My partner is always looking for different ways to cook chicken; I am sure we all have an a different way or different way to use barbecue sauce on chicken. Wasn’t hard to come up with something, especially knowing his favorite BBQ sauce is the Deaf Man’s XXX BBQ sauce. This barbecue chicken recipe calls for some flavor, citrus flavor along with an excellent balance of sweetness & heat to go with the flavor of the meal!

Felix’s barbecue chicken can be cooked on the grill or slow n’ low southern barbecue style!
